💰 Rental Fees:

Hourly Rate: $150 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Half-Day Rental (Up to 6 Hours): $400

Full-Day Rental: $650
- Security Deposit: $300 (refundable if no damages)
- Early Access for Decorating: $125 (only after 6pm if the venue is NOT booked the night before your reserved date)

A 50% rental fee deposit is required to secure your date.
Remaining balance & Security Deposit is due 14 days before the event. If event is within 14 days, full balance & Security Deposit is due at time of booking. Setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours.
